"Whats so funny??" "Why u laugh???"

This post is somewhat linked to me at my workplace though. This grp of 3 attachment students came to our plant and will be staying with us for 6 weeks. of which 2 of them actually went thru the 6 week module with us. Unfortunately, they were "attached" to me for this week and they did help me quite a great deal to do some logistics work for the nx batch of students which i'll be coordinating. There was once these 2 students chatted with me and we did talk about their 6 week encounter with the trainers, including myself.

They started to tell me stories about how "fierce" i was during lectures, and my favourite lines during lecture and how my scolding and sarcarsm during lectures could be funny to them at times. This female student told me this particular incident which she particularly remembered, and which i hardly had any impression, until she reminded me of it:

Halfway thru my lecture with the big poly lecture group. One of the student from my colleague's "magnificent 9" was caught talking and laughing in front of me at the first row, when i decided to question him:

Me (in my usual stern look during lecture) : "Whats so funny???? Why u laughing??"

Student : "Nothing....i choked"

Me (full of disbelief cos obviously he was laughing, and certainly the whole class knew he did laugh and the class burst into laughter) : "So are you trying to imply that the whole lecture group is choking right now???"

The whole class burst into laughter....

and it seems that after that incident, "Whats so funny" and "why you laugh??" has become the favourite phrase that students from dat gals class use to constantly impersonate me, and it reali seems that both the students and some of my colleagues agree that those 2 phrases are my favourite 口头禅 during lectures, accompanied by that characteristic 'fiery' look. But honestly, i din knew it.





Somehow i found this video clip on youtube, showing an unglam act by some auntie. apparently, this auntie seems familiar to me and i can conclude she is the cleaner of my former secondary school. I never knew she could behave in such a manner.........Check it out:

Lastly, I restringed my guitar, cos i thought i was having some instincts to compose a song, one melody which kept "haunting" my head over the past 2 weeks. Just when i thought i could compose out the song, my right middle finger was injured during softball training yesterday, and the pain was so much that i could hardly pluck a string....perhaps it's reali time to retire...

Work, Studies and Softball...i hope i can have more than 24 hrs a day.....whr got time for dating?????
