PK天长地久之年度精华大战 :潘美辰、赵咏华

Gone missing for the past month basically.

Reason: Was on OT for the past 2 weeks though.

last weekend was my well deserved break, and the highlight got to be the concert which i went together wif XY, featuring 潘美辰 and 赵咏华.

Once again, I am a loyal supporter of the 80,90s chinese pop. Falling under the 实力派 category, they were formerly pretty famous for their splendid singing skills.

Honestly, even though it was pretty obvious that the majority of the crowd were there to support 潘美辰, but i do feel prefer 赵咏华's portion of the concert. I was greatly touched by one song she sang, perhaps deep down inside i truly love that song. The song was released back in 1994 (if i did not remember wrongly). Which means i was still in secondary school.....15 years ago....

was pretty disappointed that she did not sing 相见太晚, another great song. Found its embedded mtv from youtube for your listening pleasure.



it would be even better if she had sang het debut song 越飞越高..


Though i haf to agree that 潘美辰 did try hard to put up a good performance that night, but i seriously disappointed by her performance. I bought the ticket to support them with the intention to listen to their great classic songs, but sad to say she only sang 3 songs of her own. The 男儿当自强 was a great turn off...i am not there to see her stunts and competency with meddling the metal rod....like monkey god..., the 挪威的森林 was a flop too....and i can't appreciate her 月亮代表我的心....i want to hear her songs!!! was hoping to hear 是你； 拒绝融化的冰； 谁教我是真的爱你； etc......but then, no chance..... The consolation was that i managed to hear 不要走 不要走； 我曾用心爱着你； 我不在乎； 你就是我唯一的爱; 我想有个家

School started this week, back to the hectic schedule probably........sleeping before 11pm has become a routine, WHICH IS NOW!!!!!!
